店主、たかおかさんが蘇我で店をかまえたばかりの55~6年前ごろ、
ふらっと一人で立ち寄ったことがあるんです。
蘇我時代のレビューです。
そのときは、お任せコースはなく、つまみと握りをいただきました。
こだわりと若さを感じてお店を出た記憶。
そして最近、私が訪問した蘇我駅の、たかおかさんと現在4.4越えのたかおかさん、同じ方だと知りました。
びっくり!そして常連さんにお願いして3人で訪問。しかし、千葉駅は遠い。。。
土地カンもないし。。。千葉駅からお店までちょっとうろうろしてしまいました。
そして店内へ。あ~懐かしい!たかおかさんとの再会。私のことを覚えていてくれました。
そして、私が忘れていた些細なことまでも!すごいな~。とても品のある店内でした。
まずは地ビールで乾杯。まずはわかめと蓮根の酢ばす、ガリ。どちらもたっぷりです。
酢ばす大好きなのでとても嬉しい。きれいな薄切り。ほどよい酢感。
そしてつまみが6、押し寿司が1、にぎりが13、玉子、お椀。
つまみで好みだったのが、鰹。脂がのっています。
それから蛤の茶碗蒸し。蛤の出汁が優しく、とろとろ。カラスミはソフトで優しい塩けでした。
からすみは、日本酒がすすみますね~。
それから鯖の押し寿司。目の前で備長炭で炙ってぱりぱりの海苔で巻いていただきました。
ほの温かい鯖の炙りがいいですね。海苔の磯の香りとマッチしています。
そして握り。シャリが独特です。固めでお米の一粒ずつを感じるシャリなんです。
そしてけっこう温かめ。この温かさも好き。
好みだったのが、金目鯛、中トロ、黄金鯵、煮蛤、穴子。ツメは上品優しい。
車海老が大きい!仕上げに少し漬けにして、いただく独特の車海老。
その他のネタが大きい。大満足のお寿司でした。
たかおかさんは、千葉県産の魚介にこだわっているそうです。
雲丹といくら以外は千葉産。千葉をこよなく愛しているんですね。
再会できたことも嬉しかったですし、たかおかさんは、かなりの進化をとげていました。
大満足のたかおかさんのお寿司、ごちそうさまでした。
