名古屋に行くと必ず訪問しているお寿司屋さん。
店主と女将さん、大好き。そして店主が握るお寿司も大好き。
寿司で始まった名古屋の旅の終わりはこちらのお寿司。
今回の旅、今回大変お世話になったSちゃんと、お母さまと一緒にお寿司をいただきます。
こちらの車エビが海老が大好き。レアで美味しい。好みだったのが、鰆の握りと鯖の握り。
烏賊と雲丹の握りは定番。いつもの美味しさ。穴子と稲荷で〆。大満足。
こちらの稲荷薄味で大好き。名古屋の旅、楽しかったな。ちょっと名古屋の土地勘できました。やっと。
また名古屋に来たい。行きます。みんな東京に来てね。ちゃんありがとう。
【今回のコース:ランチ10000円】
・茶わん蒸し 梅肉
梅肉のほのかな酸味が合う。
・石鯛の刺身
弾力がある食感。ワサビと、優しいたれで。
・秋刀魚煮
こっつり煮た秋刀魚。お酒に合う。
・海老芋のすり流し 蟹
海老芋が甘い。蟹身がたっぷり。
・茄子の揚げびたし
揚げた茄子は美味しい。オクラなど。優し出汁。
・車海老 火入れを変えて2カン
ここから車エビ2カン。レア感が好き。海老の甘さが引き立ちます。

・平目の昆布締め
〆ぐあいがいい。

美味しい。少し熟成してあるのかな。

香ばしい。カリカリいただきます。
