8月も終わる最後の土日、なのに40°近い酷暑なのはどうしてなのだああああ。エコにとり立てて関心があるわけでもない私でも心配になる今日この頃です。
というわけでもないが、今日は横浜駅に近い、ダタカシマさんに凸撃。イタリアンの田舎料理的な感じで洞窟風の店内とタイルが印象的なお店。
前菜プレートは、太刀魚のお刺身が絶品で、レモンに負けないインパクトのあるあぶらののった感じが秀逸。
カボチャのスープはスープというよりもペーストでとっても濃厚で美味しい。
パスタは渡り蟹、そしてメインは再び太刀魚のグリルで、アンチョビ風味のソースと合わせると絶品です。
気を衒わないストレートなお料理がなんとも素晴らしいです。
