1日3回(12時、18時、21時)の一斉スタートです。予約の際に『握りのみ(13,200円税込)』のコースを注文。僕以外のお客さんは皆18,700円の『つまみと握り』を注文されていました。
結論、満腹で大満足でした!

→三枚重ねの美しいフォルム、さっぱりでいて重厚な味!
★スルメイカ
→少し叩くことで口に入れた時の味の拡がりを感じました。甘くて柔らか!
★赤雲丹
→香りが先立たずほのかな甘み。上品!
米酢と赤酢、シャリの使い分けも素晴らしかったですね♪
