『上海蟹の姿蒸し(オス・メス/時価)』
恐ろしいので正確な値段は訊きませんでした。ですが結論、抜群の風味を堪能したため、訊かなくて良かったですねw
好みが分かれると云われる上海蟹。個人的には断然オス派!ゼラチン質でねっとり甘い白子はオスの上海蟹が持つ無二の味わい!紹興酒と合わせればまさに至高の贅沢♪
