こちらはその柳家の支店。名古屋有数の繁華街、錦3丁目にあります。
本店は4名から予約可能なところ、こちらは2名から可能というハードルの低さが魅力。とはいえその料理のクオリティは想像以上でした!
先付から食後のフルーツまで全12品。お腹を空かせていっても食べきれない大満足のボリュームもさることながら、ジビエ肉や川魚・旬の山菜をふんだんに取り入れた料理は日本の食材の莫大な可能性を感じさせるものでした。
