2013/3再訪
以前おじゃまして素晴らしい宿、食事を提供していただいた「柳生の庄」へ。
純和風な感じを前面に押し出し、サービスも文句なし!
料理は上記をいただきました(^^)
先日伺った宿もよかったのですが、やはりここは別格☆
料理はナンバー1は、、
油物:嵯峨筍、友穂あん、木の芽
でした!サクっと揚がった筍の中に木の芽が入っており、あんにつけて
おいしくいただきました。予想を超えていました~
あと写真ではやっぱり和牛の焼きが素敵です☆
温めた石の上で焼き上げるおいしい牛肉、いまもその余韻が残っています~
もう何もいうことはないです。
満足して帰りました~
温泉も、もちろん◎
女将と最後に話す機会がありましたがやはり純和風な宿を意識しているとの
ことでした!日本人であることを誇りに思う宿です↑

休みをとり、行ってみたかった宿の「柳生の庄」へ
日本屈指の宿とのことを聞いていたので期待高まり訪問へ
閑静な温泉街を少しぬけ宿へ
宿は純和風な構えで昔の日本を思わせる素敵な宿でした。
個人的には和スタイリッシュな雰囲気の宿が好きなので、好みかと言われれば
難しいですが、純和な雰囲気は素敵でした。
食べログなので、宿ももちろんですが、肝心のごはん。
これがまたおいしい。
普通の宿に勤務しておられる料理長のレベルではなく純懐石料理屋で腕をふるって
おられたのではないかと思わせるおいしさ(*^^)v
一番印象に残ったのは「山女の塩焼き」。天然ものという山女を絶妙な焼き加減で提供
していただき今までの魚で最高でした!
料金はやや高めですが、このサービスでこの料理であればこの位は仕方ないとも思えました。
自分には貯蓄して特別な日に行く宿です笑
最後に車を洗車していただいており気持ちよく旅立ちできました。
また訪問したいです!!
