2015年6月再訪です。
今回は、素敵な友人のH様にお誘いいただいて個室で料理をいただきました!
我が家は比較的近いのですが、予約困難店にて久しぶりの訪問です。予約していただきましたH様に感謝です
久しぶりに食べて感じたことを二点……
一つめは「原さんのソムリエ力は素晴らしい!」
料理がお酒をあわせて出していただくことで何割増しにも美味しく感じます。何倍か!?
ボトルで頼むことが多かった自分ですがこれだけ上手くあわせていただけるなら本当に嬉しいですね☆
二つめは「やはりここのフォアグラマンゴーは美味しい!」
別店でいただきましたが、うーん、、という感じでした。やはり素材による価格の差もあるのでしょうがこれはやはり
このお店のスペシャリテですね(^^)/

今日は再訪です、ガッルーラ☆
コースは10000円のみでした、おいしいレストランにいくと
ついお酒をフルボトルで頼んでしまいます…
どれも美味しかったのですが、今回は、生ハムとヤングコーン◎
コーンをはいで食べるのが新鮮でした!!
あとはアスパラと白トリュフのカルボナーラ☆
もう言葉を失いました…

最近はなかなか予約も難しく、、がんばって電話して予約をゲットしました。
2年半前に初めて伺ってそれ以来の訪問です。
前もそうだったか記憶にありませんが10000円のみだったので
そのコースをいただきました。
パスタは2品にしていただき+1600円だったかな…
味はやはり他店とは比較にならないくらいおいしい(^^)
素材ももちろんですが、火の通り加減組み合わせも含め大変
満足のいくものでした~
前菜は赤色で統一。
イチゴと生ハムと伊勢海老のカッペリーニ
おいしく次の皿へも期待が膨らみます。
玉ねぎのフォカッチャは4個もいただいてしましました笑
今回はホワイトアスパラが多く使われていました!
自分的に今回の一番は手長海老のタリオリーニでした。レモンの風味も
あり絶品でした☆
予約がとりにくいこと意外はパーフェクトなお店でした~
またぜひ行きたいです
