食べログより4万円の食事券をいただいておりまして、こちらのお店におじゃまさせて
いただきました。昨年、個人的にはフランス料理ではここが一番だったのではないかな…と
思っていましたので当選して本当に嬉しかったです。
ここは小さな料理の中に本当に繊細な味わいが隠されていて今回も驚きの連続でした!
これからも是非とも通いたいお店ですね☆

今日はかねてより予約していました岐阜県のこちらのお店に伺いました。
あの有名な中華料理店のご家族様とのことです。
お店は一軒家を改装した雰囲気で他のお客さんを気にせず食事をいただくこと
ができました。
12000円でコースを注文。
店内へスマートな案内で通されます。
まずは、この暑い季節に、、
◆蛤のガスパチョ
をいただきました。蛤は大ぶりでガスパチョのさっぱりしたソースとマッチします。
ガスパッチョは大抵、最後に口の中に酸っぱさが気になるのですがこれは皆無!
◆椎茸ブラザーズとビーフン
こちらはかの名店を彷彿させる料理でした。椎茸はしっかりめに味付けしてあり
これも組み合わせは斬新
◆モンサンミッシェルのムール貝
これもソースとの相性が良かった。スープの中に浮かぶムール貝はまさに
モンサンミッシェル!(^^)!
◆自家製ソーセージとジャガイモピューレ、春巻きの皮
自分的は今回これが一番ヒットだったかも…ソーセージの香りがナイフをいれると
香り立ちます。春巻きの皮のパリパリ感がまた味のバリエーションを増やします☆
◆フォアグラ、チコリのせ
これもよかったですけど…フォアグラのこってり感をチコリがしめて、ソースが酸っぱさも
あり(バルサミコ酢)まろやかさを引き締めます☆
◆平鱸をナスのソースと
これはシェフの技を感じる一品でした。焼き加減も抜群!
◆ホロホロ鶏の胸肉のロースト
〆はこれです。ジビエなどを注文されている方々が多いようですが、生っぽい肉が苦手な
我々はそのようにリクエストしこちらをいただきました。
下は椎茸がひいてあります
総じて、
今までいったレストランの中で限りなく上位と思われる味わい。
そしてホスピタリティも◎
デザートは一品でいいのでもう少し甘さのあるものがよかったです笑
また必ず再訪します☆
