予約困難な京都の名店「草喰 なかひがし」に伺いました。
ミシュラン二つ星とのことで期待も高まります!
素敵な入口に迎えられ、いよいよ開始です~
まずは、BELLEFONで乾杯して料理を待ちます(^^)
■白和え、子持ち鮎など
今年の干支をあしらった器で開始です。中はお正月とのことでこのような料理です。
中でも白和えは技術を感じます!
■炊き立てご飯
なんと今日のご飯が出てきました笑
ちょっとびっくりしましたが、これはおいしい☆
■栃餅となずな 京都の白みそ
これもまろやかな味わいで京都に来た感じを満喫できます~濃厚です
■鯉の焼き物 鱗も食べる
鯉は普段、刺身でいただくとのことですがこの月は焼物でとのことでした。
鱗もいただくのが新鮮でした。鯉をいただいたのは人生初かも!
■寒ブリの刺身 ポン酢のムース
これが絶品でした。ポン酢のムースはふんわりしていて舌で溶け出してポン酢を
味わえます☆これも流石です!

鴨の焚き物も料亭の技量を感じます
■鯖のなれ寿司、葡萄ジュース
これはちょっとクセが強かったですね~
■炊き合わせ 猪、里芋、蕪
美しい組み合わせですね☆

■めざし、おから、カリフラワーなど
ここでご飯をいただいたのですが、これがまた絶品。こんなに白米がおいしいとは!

総じて、まさに日本最高峰ではないでしょうか。
草を喰らうという意味を噛みしめお店をあとにしました!
騒がしくしてしまい申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいでお店をあとにしていたところ、
最後に中東料理長が出てきてくださり、少しお話させていただきました。
温かく素晴らしい人柄を感じました(^^)
