別世界の涼風 心地よさ
鞍馬から歩いて1時間半の過酷な散歩道
ようやく 貴船川に到着(←ほぼ脱水状態)
ここで有名なのは川床、マイナスイオンで満たされてます
川床料理って言えば、京懐石が定番ですが
あまのじゃくな性格
こんなに涼しいなら 鍋でしょうっと “地鶏すき焼き”
眼前の小滝を眺めながら 雰囲気だけでお腹満たされそう(←実は手が震えるほど腹ぺこ)

乾いた身体をビールで潤し
旬菜盛り込みから料理のスタート
鱈の白子を魚卵で和えた “まさご和え” に “鴨ロース”
苦すぎず美味しいと感じた “川魚の甘露煮”
あと、チーズをあしらった名前の分からない物など6品
なかなか珍味な取肴です
凄い量の 地鶏がきました(←2人前どころやないぞ~)
大切りなもも肉にレバー、たまひも、きんかん
これは嬉しい
先ずは肉を素焼きし
その後 割り下で味を香ばしく絡めます
おおぉ~ いい匂いだ~!!
心強い大びん ぐびぐび…
肉に味が良く付けば、野菜類と割り下を足して
煮ていきましょう
くぅ~ 煮えるまで待ち遠しい
たっぷり卵を絡めて、バクッと一口
旨い!!
すき焼きは、この一口目がたまらんね~
容赦なく強火でどんどん煮ていきますよ~
味が入りどんどん美味しくなるすき具材たち
しんなりした玉ねぎの甘さに 牛蒡からの深い味わい
鶏脂と混ざって糸コンもベストな状態
中盤は、すき焼き二度目の美味しさを楽しめる頃ね…
絶え間ない川の流れるBGM
やっぱ、ここは別世界
浴衣に着替えたカップルも幸せそう
えっ!!
『私も着てみたい』って空耳か??

『20年お遅すぎますよ』って目で答える
気持ち良かった涼風も、時間が経てば素肌に寒さを感じだし
熱々を楽しめる夏の川床鍋は案外ありかも…
