っと、小鍋の揚げと豆腐は、なんと前菜
アベノミクスでもまだ寒い世(今夜も寒い)には、心憎い前菜
さっそくココロ温まります
たくましい “刺身盛り”
角の立つ新鮮な白身と、ころ合いうま味の乗った赤身はトロ
目を引くのが箱雲丹
海苔にくるんで食べると実に旨~い
トロ~リと甘く感じる、苦みのない柔らかい味(←この意味重要、わかる人だけ)
口の中に磯味が広がります
“牛肉サラダ” の後に出てきたのがビジュアル満点な “貝と魚の海鮮鍋”
これだけで十分な出来に
“タラの白子” に “生すわい蟹” が、鍋用にトッピング
こんなの見たら、呑んでばかりいられませんよ…(笑)
姿焼きの魚は “のどぐろ”
へぇ~、こんな高級魚がガード下でですか~!?
ほわっと柔らかい焼き加減でやっぱ旨いです
“牡蠣フライ” も凝ってましたよ
和食割烹でよく見かけるカダイフ仕上げ
軽いサクッと感が出てましたが、牡蠣の味が弱かったかな~??
