こちら、百名店巡りにて、休日夜に食べログネット予約からお伺いしております。なかに入ると席は6席、札幌市中島公園駅近くにある和とフレンチを掛け合わせたイノベーティブのお店です。
こちらでは「おまかせコース」の提供のみとなっており、加えてアルコールを数杯頼んでおります。
その注文のコース、内装や盛り付けには和の趣が漂いますが、その真髄は店主の経験に裏打ちされたフランス料理にあり、味わいの決め手は「出汁」ではなく、緻密に構成された「ソース」になっております。その全てのお料理格別でしたが、その中でも、濃厚なタチとタラ、トリュフを併せた「パエリア」、スパイスが絶妙に香る「エゾシカのステーキ」が特に印象に残った逸品でした。
