これで伺ったのが5回目くらいか。
いつも素晴らしい料理と立派な器でもてなしていただいて、アタシども夫婦の「人生最高レストラン」である「カセント」さんに引けを取らない名店である。
ご主人が真剣にお仕事をされているのをカウンター越しに拝見すると、なかなか「写真撮ってもいいですか?」と言いにくい。。
サービス担当の女将さんも他のスタッフの方にも、写真はあまり喜ばれない。
でもでも、年に1度しか行けないお店の素晴らしいお料理だもの、ちょっとだけ撮らせて下さぁい。。
先のないおばあさんの懇願に、苦笑いで許可を下さったご主人。
全部のお料理を撮るのは無理だったけれど、甘鯛の尾頭付き八寸、猪肉の炭火焼きなど初めていただいたものを中心に。ご主人の父上の描かれた日本画が、折敷に小さく載っていたり、素敵な絵はがきになっているのも、いつもほっこりして嬉しい。
去年は「雨後の月」甘酒で作られていたデザートのプリンが、今年は「西条鶴」になっていた。「また、来年の暮れにも来られますように」と祈りながら、お店を後にした。
