天神橋筋商店街でもかなり南の方、北野天満宮の近くにあるこちらのお店です。鮨が食べたい口になり、思い切って暖簾をくぐってみました。
幸い夕方の早い時間帯だったので、受け入れて頂きました。
頼んだのは、特上コース¥6,600- 特上と言ってもリーズナブルなお値段。
前菜、軽くお刺身など出てきましたが、この時点で当たりの予感。ネタがどれも良くて、調理も丁寧なのでどれも美味しい。
そして握りへ。超高級では無いにしても吟味して仕入れられているので、ハズレはありません。シャリは赤酢で硬め。これは好みで評価が分かれるでしょうけど、私は好きなので問題なし。普段封印している日本酒をこの日は解禁。この寿司で飲まないのは勿体無いわ、シチュエーション的に仕方ないだろう、と解禁の口実を構築しながら…(笑)
写真に無いウニは、軍艦で手渡しでもらったためですが、これが一番旨かった!とても甘いウニで、香りも抜群でした。他のネタもお値段以上、満足度も上レベル、いやぁ良い店見つけたわ!リピ必須です。
