二度目の来店で、今回の注文は皮かしわせいろ大盛り。
熱々濃い目の汁に中細麺を浸して温めると、そば粉の良い風味が感じられた。うんうん、旨し!(音威子府産蕎麦)
細切りの親鳥はコリコリ食感で良い出汁が出てるわ。(道東は親鳥が使うケースが多い)
食事中にBoseから流れていた、ヤン・ガルバレク:Jan Garbarekの『オフィチウム:Officium』が静かな店内に合っていた。
