この日は押上で宴!
ということでスカイツリーとスパイスカフェにしか
用がないと思っていた押上駅に久々。
一応駅から3分ということになっていますが
改札出てからの道のりがけっこうあるので3分じゃ着きませ~ん。
夜道に煌煌と光る店の灯り
まだオープンして半年ほど、
綺麗な白の暖簾をくぐれると、コの字型のカウンターと大将達の出迎え。
大将は目黒鳥しきで6年ほど修業されたそうですよ
カウンター席のみで15席ほどの店で、
緊張感もなく大将含め、お客さんもフランクでみな楽しげ。

腹八分でストップ、
しっとりとした焼き。最初のササミ&血肝からウマイのだけど
椎茸や金針菜、白玉も抜群にウマかったなぁ
そして締めの親子丼でノックダウン。
卵はかなり生に近いものがありぷるぷると揺れている
その柔らかい卵と甘めのつゆが絡んだごはんが本当に美味しいのだ。
今はまだ鳥しきのように
いくら電話しても繋がらない!ってなことは無いようです
行くなら今のうちですよ。
