東京大阪の人気焼き鳥店が何故か静岡の三島にGW頃OPENしずっと気になっていましたが、漸くお伺いすることが出来ました。
「三島コース8800円」
お料理はお品書きの通り、炭焼きと薪焼きを使い分けて1品ずつ提供していただきました。
全てがジューシーで炭や薪の香りを感じながら味わいました。
日本酒もメニューにないものもスタッフさんと会話楽しみながら選ばせて頂きました。どれも最高に美味かった。
今回はテーブル席でしたが、次回はカウンターでLIVEキッチン前にして楽しみたいと思いました。リピート確定!!
