いただいたのは、華コース¥15,750円
まずは、やまかけ鮪 ・・・うん!鮪は、少し水っぽい赤身だが、普通に美味しい
サラダ・・・あっさりした大根サラダだが、ドレッシングが美味しい!
そして、鉄板には、焼き野菜が、パンプキン、獅子唐、こんにゃくですね!
そして、活車海老ちゃんが鉄板に、キュー!って!(ノ∇≦❤) 鉄板の上で絶命され━(´*゜ω゜*`)━ッ
あっという間に美味しそうなピンク色に変身! (p≧ω≦q)♪
ぷりぷりっの海老は美味しい。頭の先から尻尾まで、丁寧に焼かれて、美味しくいただかせていただきました!
そして、鮑ちゃん登場です!.゚ヽ(๑◕◡◕๑)ノ゚.:。+゚ワーイ!鮑は、大好物です~♪
肝は、食べれないNARIさんです~~(*ゝωб*)b 新鮮だから、そのまま焼かれているのだと思いますが、
出来れば、鉄板で、肝醤油を作っていただければ、満点でしたが。。。。。。(-∀-。)ウンウン!オシイ!
そして、お肉は、ヒレとサーロイン <焼き方、焼き加減は?>と利かれますが、お任せで!(๑◕ܫ←๑)ノ♬
職人さんが、一番美味しい食べ方、焼き加減を知っています、よほどじゃない限りお任せしましょう!
一般的に、鉄板焼きは、全部一気に焼いてしまって(気の利くお店でも、2回に分けるぐらい>
お皿に盛られる感じですが、こちらは違います! (๑・`◡´・๑)✧
お客さんのペースに合わせて、一口分づつ、味、焼き加減を変えて、食べ方も変えて焼いてくれるので、
お肉が冷めずに、1番美味しい状態で、美味しく食べれます!流石!とても良いサービスだと思います!
ガーリックチップを細かく刻んで作る野菜炒めも、お肉、カーリックライスと相性抜群!
ご飯、香の物が、かなり美味しかったのと、アオサのお味噌汁が、めちゃんこ!美味しかった!
最後にデザートと珈琲・・・・本年、2度目のスイカと、黒豆のタルト&バニラアイスは、かなりの美味しさ!
新地の老舗バーテンダーさん曰く・・・お客さんの前で、焼かせていただくまで相当の修行の要るお店で、
とても厳しいお店であるらしい!<新地では、老舗やんか!当たり前に美味しいやろ!>ですって!(笑)
大満足です!! 何故?このお店に今まで来なかったのか?深く反省しました!(≧ω≦)
