長崎の夜の宴は『虎魚(おこぜ)料理』。
当日のお昼過ぎに電話を掛けてみると予約が取れました。
18時に予約。
時間まで観光を楽しみ、ホテルでお風呂入ってからお邪魔しました。

①お造り(姿造り)肝付
②先付け(三河の湯引き、胃袋)
③唐揚げ
④肝煮
⑤アラ炊き
など
□加茂鶴(吟醸辛口)
サラリとした口当たりの良いのにキレのある。
5合以上は飲んだと記憶してますが、正直何合飲んだのか覚えてません。
※一升飲めなくなったのはかなりショック。(._.)
歳には勝てないですね。ホントに弱くなったな。( .. )
■感想
ご主人、若女将、大女将の3名での経営されており、皆さん気さくで大変楽しい食事とひと時を過ごさせて頂きました。
どの料理も美味しかったのですが、特に薄造りの肝和えはとても美味しかったです。河豚や鮍に勝るとも劣らないほどでした。
長崎を訪れる場合は、必ず再訪したいです。
