東京メトロ有楽町線新富町駅から歩いて2分ほど,銀座の喧騒を離れた新富に新進気鋭の若き寿司職人によるお店 「鮨はしもと」 があります。店主の橋本裕幸氏は「日本橋橘町都寿司(現・日本橋蛎殻町すぎた)」で二番手を務めていた方です。2014年12月17日のオープンから4年,今ではすっかり予約困難店の仲間入りを果たしました。
