2021年5月,地下鉄麻布十番駅(東京メトロ南北線,都営大江戸線)から歩いて 5分ほどの路地奥に,薪で焼く焼き鳥屋さん「薪鳥 新神戸」がオープンしました。焼き鳥といえば “炭” という常識を覆し,薪火ならではの薫香を纏って生み出されたその味は,新たな焼き鳥の世界を堪能することができます。

建物と建物の隙間の抜け道にひっそりと佇んでいます。
炭ではなく,薪火で焼かれます。

口直しです。なくなると随時追加してくれます。

外の皮はパリッと香ばしく焼かれています。

鶏ひき肉を薪火で豪快に炙り,炊きたての白飯と混ぜ合わせます。白飯にも薫香をつけるため,仕上げに薪を一緒に入れます。
一膳目はニラをのせていただきます。
二膳目は卵黄と一緒にいただきます。
三膳目はネギと合わせたかんずり,生姜と一緒にいただきます。
