銀座の牛の達人で楓コースをいただきました。前菜3種から始まり、海鮮和牛ユッケジュレや自家製ピクルスなど、最初から期待が高まる構成です。特に印象的だったのは鹿児島黒牛の特上タンと特選ハラミ。柔らかさと旨みのバランスが素晴らしく、噛むたびに肉の甘みが広がります。
極み和牛刺しはとろける食感で、素材の良さを存分に堪能できる一皿。続くシャトーブリアンはきめ細かい肉質で、まさに主役級の存在感でした。厚切り希少部位2種ややきすきもそれぞれ違った魅力があり、最後まで飽きさせません。締めの盛岡冷麺はさっぱりとしていて、コース全体のバランスも秀逸です。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆったりと食事を楽しめます。スタッフの方の説明も丁寧で、焼き加減のアドバイスも的確でした。特別な日や大切な人との食事にぜひ選びたい一軒です。
