やはり鳥と言えば師匠。
さて気に入っていただけるかしら・・・

おいらは毎回食べるユッケ。
コリっとした食感が良く、甘口ダレと黄身のこってり感がたまりませんわ。
相変わらず旨いっす。
たたき、これは初めて食べます。
ゆっけの『コテウマ』感に対してこれはあっさりと鶏もも本来の旨さを味わえます。
あぶり具合が絶妙でこれまた癖になる逸品ですねぇ!
いやあ、今回も美味しかった。
魯川人師匠にも喜んで頂けました。良かった!

ニット帽姿のおサレ~な感じのイケメンマスターとバイトの異国女子がお出迎え。

大将に訪ねてみると、強い火が縦に上がるので宮崎地鶏焼きに最適なんだとか。

よだれ鶏にかかってるピリ辛の味噌だれ、こりゃほんまヨダレもん。
ネーミングに偽りありません、よだれ出ます(笑)
