和歌山市中ノ島、中ノ島ロータリーから北へ、最初の信号を右折すると左手北側にある鰻割烹・炭火焼鳥のお店です。
店内はカウンター席と小上がりの座敷席となっています。
カウンターからは焼き場が目の前に見えます。
うな重3000円を注文、
まず火のついた炭を焼き場に移動させ、活きた鰻を裂き、串を打って焼き始めます。鰻はまだ生きていて口をパクパクさせています最高の鮮度ですね。合計9本の串を打たれ、返しながら焼かれて、しばらくパクパクは続きますが、身が焼けてくると大人しくなります。
つきだしは鶏と胡瓜の酢の物です。良い塩梅の味付けがGOODです
鰻は焼けてくると、タレにくぐらせて焼く、しばらく返しながら焼いてまたタレにくぐらせるというのを繰り返していきます。
ついに焼けて、焼き場から移動し、切られてうな重になっていく気配が感じられます。
うな重お重の蓋を開けると、ご飯が見えない程に鰻の蒲焼きが敷き詰められています♪♪
一口食べると外は少しカリッとしていて中はかなりフンワリしていて鰻の旨味とタレの旨味が合わさって衝撃的に激ウマv(‾∇‾)v
さすが活きた鰻から焼いているだけあって最高のうな重です
食べれば食べる程に鰻の美味しさが口の中に広がって幸せな気持ちになります♪♪
かなりの満足感です
