今回は鰯のコハダみたいに〆たやつが凄い美味しかった☆
前は烏賊位でしたが、最近はほぼ全てのネタに細かい包丁が入っているスタイルみたいです。
江戸前とはちょっと違うラインというのかな?私的には細かい包丁は烏賊位でいいかな。
毎週水曜日は京都で営業されていて、いつ休みなんだろう?
素晴らしく働くなぁ〜☆京都のお店もきっとセンス良さそうだし伺いたい。
