I had passed on this place before because of the long line, but this time I decided to wait. After about fifteen minutes, I was seated and ordered the hamburger steak with a fried egg, choosing the mustard cream sauce.
The salad and soup arrived first, which made a nice start while I waited. When the steak came out, it was still sizzling. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the mustard cream sauce paired with it very well.
One of the staff members suggested breaking the steak and mixing it with rice after eating about half. I did break it, but instead mixed it gently with the sauce and egg—I wanted to enjoy the flavors on their own rather than fully blending them into the rice.
Overall, it was an excellent lunch, and well worth the wait

以前、行こうと思ったが長い行列だったのでやめたけど今回は待つことにした。15分ぐらい待ったら席に座って、エッグハンバーガーステーキをマスタードクリームで頼んだ。
サラダとスープが先に来たので、待つ間のいいスタートになった。ステーキが来たとき、まだシズリングしてた。肉はジューシーで美味しくマスタードクリームがいい感じだった。
スタッフから半分食べたらステーキを壊してライスと混ぜるという提案をもらった。ステーキは壊したけど、その代わりにソースとエッグと混ぜた。ライスと完全に混ぜるより、ステーキそのものを味わいたかったから
最高のランチになった。待つ価値があった
