再訪 201803
前回の訪店が2016年2月で、当時の食べログの点数は3.5前後ながら
2018年3月時点で3.85ですので随分と評価が⤴したんですね(笑
お客様数も⤴の様でランチタイムは2部制で予約を受け付ける様になったのは、
嬉しい様な悲しい様なチョット複雑な心境でありまする(*_*)
定刻の訪店ですが、先客なしの後客1名(カナダからのインド系?の外人男性)のみで
2部制にするほど混んでもおらず・・・(*_*)
板前さん&ホール担当の女性も代わってはいますが、丁寧に礼儀正しく
接してくれましたので無問題ですね(笑
相方が目ざとく見つけた鮪用の大振り(築地市場の仲卸業者のモノよりは小振り)の
包丁も抜いて見せて下さりサービス精神も旺盛です!
ただ奥との連携がか~なり元気タ~ップリで体育会の様なノリですので、
接待で使われる様なら気になるかもですね(;^ω^)

値付けやや高めですが、銀座のお寿司屋さんとしては普通ですかね。
ぐい呑みを複数持って来られて選ばせるのも前回と同じです。
前回はおつまみ等もお願いしましたが、今回はオーソドックスに

前菜
定番のイクラののった茶わん蒸しで中にユリ根が入っておりイクラとの相性も良く○
ガリを目の前で板前さんがカットしてくれてタイミングをみて補充も変わらず!
シャリは酒粕と米酢をブレンドして3年間熟成された赤酢を使ったモノですが、
酢がきつ過ぎる事もなく○
握り
真鯛(愛媛):先週のうち山さんのモノ程ではありませんが○
金目鯛:昆布締め○
スミイカ:普通に美味○
北寄貝の炙り:炙りの香ばしさもあって◎
鯵:前回同様の淡路産の釣りアジ?○
マグロ赤身の漬け:漬け前のモノが濃い目の赤でしたが普通に美味○
レンコダイ:お味は良○
サクラマスの漬け(山山葵):モノは普通でしたが、未食の北海道の山山葵が食べれて?(嬉
燻した鰆 :相方は気に入った様ですが、燻製感タップリで△

バフンウニ(塩水雲丹):北海道浜中のバフンウニですが雑味(ミョウバン)なく◎◎
追加の青柳の小柱 :青柳がなくての注文ですが、小柱と言うよりも大柱◎
追加の穴子(タレ&塩):こちらで一番好きなネタですので◎◎
玉:しっとり感少な目のカステラタイプ○
水物
デザートは定番の抹茶のブラマンジェ:甘さ控え目ですが食感滑らかで美味○
前回はほぼお任せ?+お酒で2名でトータルで24950円のお支払い!
今回は5000円のコース+追加+お酒で16310円でしたがネタのレベル等を考慮すると、
もう少し上のコースの方が満足度は高いと思われます(笑
このお支払いでも、会計後は店外で姿が見えなくなるまでの最上級のお見送りで・・・(^O^)/
