薬研堀なので大人のお店が近くに沢山ああるけど
呼び込みとか無いので安心ですよ、と…

さんに伺いました。
開店時間に合わせて入店だったので直ぐに案内され
・そば肉玉 930円
を注文したけど、やっぱり提供迄には20分位掛り
待ちぼうけです。
この待ち時間さえ無ければ最高なんだけど…
*宅配の依頼も多いから
でもやっぱりここの「そば肉玉」美味しい!
カリパリのそばと、しっとりキャベツのコントラスト
コレがポイントですね、八昌さんは。
他のお店には無いカリパリが香ばしく、
そしてソースで若干クタった処をキャベツと頂くのも
コレまた良し。美味しい!
営業時間が夕方からのみとハードルは高いけど、
時間に余裕が有れば是非食べてみて下さい。
