数々旅館に行きましたが、NO.1の食事。
鯛は淡白だと思っていたら、覆されました。
雲丹と合わせて、きのこ鍋でしゃぶしゃぶ、鯛めし、出汁と塩気が抜群に良くて、こんな美味しいとは。
牡蠣を使った南蛮漬けやいくらの付け合わせなど、間にアクセントや変化があり、終始飽きることなく楽しめるのが、すごい。
鯛めしもお茶漬けにして言うことない。
東京などの和食の料亭と地方の旅館のごはん、どちらが美味しいのか?と話になりましたが、食材の新鮮さがあることや、リラックスできるのは旅館が最高。
良い日本の文化だなーと実感。
朝ごはんも炊き立てごはんや海鮮の味噌汁がそれだけで幸せ。
食後のコーヒーまで味わい深くて、美味しいところは全てが美味しい。
