何故期間限定なのだ〜
スキー場以外で、通年やって欲しい
生粉なので、通常あまり美味しない思われてる
そばがきが、絶品料理に変わる
最初は、山芋入れてるのかと思ったぐらい
ふっくらしてる
飽きないし、塩だけで食べれる
味噌の効いた、薄くパリパリの須賀川ピッツァは
全然チーズがクドくなく
ずーーっと食べられる
地元食材の鞍掛豆や、ヒルガオの突き出しも絶品だったー
14時に予約した時に、じゃあ蕎麦取っときますね
という優しさも、心に染み渡る
あー、竜王に住みたい
