芝公園から、桜田通り(国道1号線)を挟んだ 裏筋のお店へ。名店「逢坂」が日本橋に移転して、その後に入った新店です。
日本料理 「東麻布うらあり むらかみ(おもてなし むらかみ)」。
「うらあり」と「おもてなし」を掛けた洒落た名前ですね~~♪銀座吉祥の料理長を務めた村上さんが独立してオープン。
階段を降りた 地下階が目的地ですw 無造作に積まれた、日本酒の空箱。期待で胸が高鳴ります。
不定休。土日の食事は要相談。ランチ営業(限定10食程度)は、非公開ラインで配信中。
事実上、1日に10人ほどのお客様しか入れません。
日本の「宝水」である日本酒を 料理長の村上さんが、厳選して揃えています。品揃えは、季節、仕入れで替わります。
ワインもあります。お好みで~~♪
でも、まずは、SAPPOROビール「白穂乃香(しろほのか) プレミアムホワイト」。きめ細かなクリームのような細かい泡が旨さを輝かせます。

ハマグリと焼きホタテのカップルが入ってました~~w なんと言う 澄んだ味わい。感動です。
3杯目~~~♪
お造り。ここも日本料理の見せ場ですね~~w 赤座海老ですか。貝のヒモは、新鮮な証し~wヒラメのお造りもうましです。
このナマユバ(生湯葉)が、濃厚。大豆の味がしっかりして、これまた うまし。
4杯目~~♪
焼肴。サヨリの幽庵焼きでしょうか。。漬け込んだ味噌の香りが鼻の奥をくすぐり、心地良いです。
5杯目~~~♪
温物は、天婦羅。海老の足まで ちゃんとポリポリ食べさせてくれました。完璧~~♪
進肴は、矢鴨のロースト。冬の間やってくる渡り鳥を 一羽づつ仕留めて、調理。これぞ、季節限定品。モハヤ、これは、ジビエですね~~♪感動のお味。美味し、旨しです。

〆のお食事は、タイ飯。出汁を効かせて 土釜でじっくりと炊き上げた逸品。鯛は、産卵前の今が旬。若女将が丁寧に取り分けてくださいました~~w まさしく、香気。高貴です。。鯛とご飯のベストなマリア~~ジュ♪うまし、ウマし、旨し、美味し、甘しです。
お新香も抜かりなし!
デザート・水菓子は、イチゴとバニラアイス。まさに、春爛漫~~~♪
満腹、満足。お見事です。
季節感豊かなコース料理。心ゆくまで、美しい日本の春を味わいました。
厳選された日本酒も良かった。。
