広島出張で今回も楽しみに伺う。
バーやクラブのたくさん入ったカサブランカビルは初めての人には敷居が高いが、実はこちらのお店はコストパフォーマンス最高で、居酒屋並みの料金で高級割烹レベルの魚料理を提供する。大将のこだわりが随所に見られる。
まずは『お刺身の盛り合わせ』ではなく『お造り』にこだわる。それぞれの魚に合わせた包丁の入れ方。高級寿司店と同じ。大きめのお皿に丁寧に盛り付けられている。
その日の仕入れで一番良いものを提供してくれる。今日は真鯵。塩焼き、煮付け、天ぷら。煮付けの出汁は濃過ぎず薄過ぎず絶妙。出汁が澄んでいて煮崩れもない。出汁がしみた豆腐が最高に美味い。付き出しから始まって全5品で2500円。生ビールは380円と安い。ビール2杯と日本酒カープ日本一を飲んで4000円でお釣りがきた。本当に良心的だね。
