夜8時過ぎの神田を俺魚本店へ。
何だか貧血気味でフラフラする。
ネットで調べたら、食事時のカフェイン多量摂取や、スナック菓子に含まれるリン酸が、料理で摂取する鉄分を阻害するそうな。
それなら今宵は、貧血対策で沢山食べるゾ~(* ̄∇ ̄)ノ
生ビールの突出しは、夏野菜と小海老のすり流し。オクラ、ナメコ、茗荷が入ったすり流しは、αピネンやビタミンBで、ストレス回復や夏バテ防止にも効くのだとか。
栄養価の高い枝豆をあてに生ビールを飲んでいると、サービスで蛸ワサをいただいた。歯応えの強い水蛸の旨味を堪能。
そして、三代目玉手箱が登場!
ドライアイスのモクモクで控え目な見た目とは裏腹に、ボタン海老をはじめとする七種の刺身はボリューム満点。
そして、貧血に効く乳製品の入った「魚屋のチーズ春巻き」。
魚の身とチーズの入った春巻からチーズがトロ・・・
とはしなかった(笑)
春巻に魚の擂り身がタップリ入ってチーズで味付けした一品。
最後は、栄養満点のすり流しをお代わり(* ̄∇ ̄)ノ
