立川駅前の「天ぷらわかやま」にてランチ。
在宅勤務を終えて立川駅に到着したのは昼の1
時。
注文したのは以下。
天婦羅定食(税込3500円)
先ずは葉野菜系のサラダ。
2種類のドレッシングからイエローのスッキリ味を選択。
酸味が食欲を掻き立てる。
車海老の頭。
仄かな旨味。
カリッと軽い歯応え。
テンションが高まる。
車海老。
身のレアさを残した火入れ。
プリプリな食感との両立は、中々、実現が難しいようだ。
牛蒡。
太めの牛蒡を串揚げで。
独特な香りが口の中に広がる。
ズッキーニ。
断面から新鮮さが伺えるビジュアルで、口に入れても瑞々しい。
烏賊の大葉巻。
ジューシーで肉厚な烏賊に、紫蘇の葉が良く合う。紫蘇の香りが口の中に広がる。
ホタテ。
刺身でもいただける素材をジューシーな味わいで。
舞茸は檜原村産。
こんなにも香りが口の中に広がる舞茸を久しぶりにいただいた。来た甲斐があったね。
追加で夏の旬を2品ほど・・・
雲丹の大葉巻。
濃厚な雲丹の旨味を口の中で転がしながら存分に味わう。美味しくて昇天しそう〜(* ̄∇ ̄)ノ
とうもろこし。
甘味のあるとうもろこしのかき揚げにバターを載せて、バターが蕩けたところを味わう。ん〜まい♪
天ぷらの〆は天茶。
芝海老のかき揚げのトッピングされた茶漬けに山葵を添えて。旨いね〜(* ̄∇ ̄)ノ
最後はみかんのムース。
天ぷらが提供される度に、写真を撮るのが面倒になり、早く揚げたての天ぷらを味わいたいと感じたランチタイムであった。
何、もう今夜は夕食要らないんじゃないかって?
