何年も前から通ってるお蕎麦屋さん
まず、お通しがいつも凝っていて、この日は青のりがのってる茶碗蒸しでした。お出汁がきいた優しい味で空腹に染み渡る…
季節のお料理のおすすめがたくさんあってどれを頼むか毎回悩みます。
定番メニューでは必ず、ぼんサラダ!
大根おろしのドレッシングがここでしか食べられない味でこれは必ず頼んで欲しい一品。2人で頼むと半量ずつにしてくれるのも◎
4月は筍、蛍烏賊、新玉ねぎなどなど春の旬なものが色んなおつまみになっていて、どれも美味しいです。
お蕎麦は細めだけどしっかりコシもあって香り高く、自然薯のとろろも卵も味が濃くてそれぞれにつけて食べて、混ぜて食べてとどんな食べ方をしてもほんと美味しい。
場所が繁華街から離れてるので、当日電話してもだいたい入れるので、使い勝手もとても良いです。
