4回目にして初投稿。夜3回、昼一回。
思い出すと行きたくなるお気に入りのお店のひとつです。夜は毎回お任せコースの る 8,500円を予約しています。
先ずはビール、前菜は大蛤、柔らかく潮が効いた大きな蛤、白子はプルプル食感でこの量が良いのです。焼き銀杏は、可愛い籠に入っていて自分で殻を剥くのですがこれがなかなか熱くて笑っちゃいますが立派な大きさで食べ応えのある美味しさ。
続いて刺身盛り合わせはヒラメ、タコ、ホタテ。
こちらのお店の定番スタイル、岩塩プレートに柚子を絞ってお刺身を付けていただきます。
おろした山葵との相性も抜群です。ここからはスペインの白ワインをボトルで。
お魚メニューは、五島列島のあい鰤の柚あん焼き、柚子が香る味噌の塩味に酒が進む。
相方の肉料理は鳥取のイチボの玉ねぎソースは柔らかいお肉に甘い玉ねぎのソースがよく合います。
これはシェアしました。
野菜メニューは、焼き舞茸、オーブンでカリッと焼かれた舞茸は味が凝縮されていて今まで食べた舞茸の中で一番美味しいと思いました。
続いて握りは、クエ、赤貝、ウニ、最後の巻き寿司
も定番のカッパですが貝のヒモも入ってます。
途中で蟹4,500円を勧められて注文。丁寧にほぐしたものが甲羅に盛られています。細かい仕事ですね。
どれも写真を撮り忘れる位美味しくてお料理している様子を見ながら出来上がったものに関心して舌鼓するお料理ばかりです。ご馳走様でした。
