・厚切りタン
→こんなに柔らかい厚切りタンは中々出会わない。
・ザブトンすき焼き
→生卵、小さいご飯とすき焼きタレを絡めて食べる至高の一品
・特選ハラミ
→これまたとてつもなく柔らかくて美味しい
→漬けてるタレが本当に美味しい
・イチボ
→赤身とサシのバランスが絶妙
→薄切りがまた良い
・厚切りサーロイン
→お肉は脂も美味しくジューシー
→燻製醤油、おろしポン酢、塩の3種の味を楽しめる
・シンシン
→こちらも薄切りでも赤みを感じつつ少しサシが入ってて絶妙の柔らかさ
・キムチ盛り合わせ
→辛さ、旨みが絶妙でとても美味しい
・豆もやしナムル
→子供用で食さず
・ライス 中×2
→美味しいお肉には必須アイテム
・冷麺
→大きな特徴はないけど、麺が中華麺とこんにゃく系の麺との中間な感じでテュルテュル美味
・うしごろカレー
→コンビーフのような食感のスジ肉？のようなお肉がしっかり入ってて、その旨みがしっかり感じられて、これまた美味しい
・誕生日プレート
・ソフトドリンク×3、オールフリー×2
合計 ¥24700円ほど
どのお肉も本当に美味しく、再訪確定。
