テーブルの上で半生麺を鉄鍋で茹で4分タイマーが鳴ったら出来上がりに女性の店主さんに食べ方をレクチャーして頂き,玉子を割り崩し鰹節を入れ醤油を掛けて麺を入れて釜玉うどんで楽しみ,ポットに入ったアゴ出汁で素うどん,天カスを入れタヌキうどん,お揚げさんでキツネうどん,柚子胡椒,とろろ昆布,擂り胡麻,黒七味などの薬味を楽しんだ後は茹で汁も美味しいですよとアドバイスを受け茹で湯の出汁割りでシメ美味しく頂きましたd(´ڡ`๑)
