全部おいしかった。
鮨として、バランスがよい。シャリがあまり強めの酢じゃなくてそこが良い。
・一番好きだったのは、めひかり。地元の福島相馬のものだそう。油が良い、美味しかった。
・穴子もふわっふわで最高
・いくらも濃くておいしかった。
・エビもよかった。
・驚いたのは、デザートに合わせたお茶のおいしさ。抹茶に似てるような、違うような飲みやすくて最高。
大将も色んな福島のお話をしてくれて楽しかった。
また福島来た時には再訪させていただきたい。
