突如、Facebookページで冨店を見た時の事。その時の衝撃を今でも忘れることができません。私が、心の中で思い描いてた料理が目の前にあるではありませんか?ビビビッと電気がほとばしる。今回の関西ツアー、是非とも行こうと。昼は和歌山。夜は冨店。骨太料理に埋もれる幸せ、テンションが上がります。シェフが出てきてくださり、ご挨拶。コースがスタートします。最初に赤ピーマンのババロアに蟹の身とコンソメジュレを。ここから、怒涛の黒い宝石が私をもてなしてくれます。トリュフバターとトリュフサンド。次に、虎河豚 白子とトリュフ。次にロニョン=腎臓、リードヴォー=仔牛の胸腺、ラングスティーヌ=手長海老。ソースアメリケーヌで!で、出ました。黒い宝石を丸ごと包んだパイ包み焼き。もう〜幸せ(笑)肉料理は、仔鳩を西洋ネギで包み蒸したもの。付け合わせのご飯が凄い!鳩の余り肉と黒トリュフのピラフ。全部食いましたよ(笑)口直しして、まだ終わってなかった!黒トリュフのクレームブリュレ。湯浅好胤氏の料理は、最高!軽い料理を好む方はお勧めできません。好きな人だけ来てください。ごちそうさまでした。
