ここは色んな意味で昔から特別なお店です。
昔はふらっと入ることも出来たのですが、現在は予約が必要。
予約も前日ではなく数日前がいいでしょう。
あと、人数も今は2人~となっております。
カウンター席が5~6席、小上がりにテーブルが2卓あって、今は大体二組くらいまでの受け入れとなってます。
ドリンク含めメニュー表などは無し。基本おまかせです。
金額は酒代入れて大体10,000円くらい。
あとはその時の料理や飲んだお酒の種類、量によって金額が変わります。

以前もここでアカヤガラをいただいたことがあって、
それ以来だから久しぶり。
口先から尻尾まで1メートル弱あって、うまく写真に収まりません(笑)
身は淡白ながらもその甘味が魅力。
弾力のある食感も熟成されたねっとり刺身とは対極のもの。
そして近海で捕れたメジカのイクラ丼はもう旨くて黙食。
添えてあるのはどんびこ煮(鮭の心臓)でこれまた珍味。
今回はお酒は〆張鶴中心にグイッとやりました。
