上杉の北三番丁通り沿いに先日(2025.5.5)オープンしたお店です。
お若いご夫婦で切り盛りされています。
カウンター席に案内され、まずは赤星をもらいます。
お通しが出てきましたが、卵の形をした器です。
ふたを開けるとコーンのムースと筍のムースが2層になったものが入っていました。
とてもおいしい。
炭酸系には揚げ物。
天使の海老カダイフ巻きをもらいます。
その名のとおり、海老をカダイフで巻いて揚げた物です。
生野菜と茹でたブロッコリーと小芋の唐揚げが添えられていて、バジルソースとバルサミコがかけてあります。
パン粉と違った食感がよいね。
彩りのよい盛り付けもセンスの良さを感じます。
翠ジンソーダを飲んだあとは漬けくじら日本酒に移行。
鯨には酔鯨かな。
鯨で酔鯨を飲ります(笑)
すっきりした酔鯨とドンピシャですね〜♪
次はブリカマの塩焼き。
焼き上がるまでまぐろのなめろうで飲みます。
なめろうは海苔が添えられています。
こういったのもいいね。
酒が進むね〜♪
そうこうしているうちにブリカマが焼き上がりました。
真澄、黒龍、寿月を飲んで、この日のすっきり辛口系は全部飲み干して、その後ダイヤメとデュワーズを飲んでよい気持ち。
帰り道にさらに2軒はしごしたのででした(笑)
