焼き鳥ばかり食べてた溝の口でまさかこんなにおされーな和食のお店があるなんて!
元々はお寿司屋さんだったお店を改装されたそうです。
料理よりもお酒の値段がお高めですがどれ選んでも美味しい!しかも店員さんのお話も面白いし、お酒の知識もかなりのもの。
結構勉強になりました。
お料理は板前さんの自慢の腕が鳴る逸品ばかりですので何を選んでも美味しいでしょう。
軍鶏の料理が多いのですが、是非食べておきたいのは豆腐料理と秋刀魚の炙りです。
秋刀魚は季節ものかもしれませんが、内臓をヌタのようにして食べることができます。日本酒と合う料理です。
