夏のふくださんに幸運にもお誘い頂きました。
一人訪問不可で自分的に若干敷居が高いのですが、行きたいなと思った頃にマイレビュア様方からお誘い頂けるので助かります(笑)

当店名物、鰻の印籠焼きはこれだけでも食べに行きたいくらいツボ。
自分の中では土用の丑の日の鰻は鰻屋ではなく日本料理店で食べるのが良しと思っています。
目の前で葛叩きされた鱧のお椀も味わい深い。
コース価格が15000円なので高級食材はそれほど出てきませんが、それは他店で食べれば良い話。
こちらでは高級食材に頼らずとも味わえる日本料理の醍醐味を、優しさ溢れる福田夫妻のおもてなしと共に味わうのがこの上なく幸せです。
