土曜日の14時2人で予約して行きました
通常ならランチ後で空いてるかなと思いますが続々とお客さんが来られます 予約の人もいれば、ではない人も。予約しなくても入れそうは入れそうですが予約した方が絶対安心です。
席はカウンターのみでコの字で握られるところが見れますし、気さくな店長さんが敷居を高くしすぎない雰囲気を作っておられ居心地が良いです。
常連さんも多かったです
ボトルキープしてる方もおられました
従業員の方同士も良い雰囲気で話されてました
お料理はもちろん美味しい
生の鳥賊や鬼海老など食べたことないものや
トロと奈良漬の鉄火巻きとあまり見ない組み合わせもあり楽しめます
握り寿司は「そのままで」で食べるものがほとんどで醤油を使わず、こだわりを感じます
一品料理も多くきっとどれも美味しいんだろうな
日本酒もメニュー以外の種類も多く置かれてそうでした ワインはボトルのみでした
メニューに値段が書かれていないので、どーーんと自分へのご褒美!ってときにまた行きたいです
