龍吟を個人的に三大聖地の〜ひとつと呼ばせてもらってます
とにかく、おいしいし、不思議ちゃん系なのに正統派な味が好きです。ちょうど2007年か2008年頃より通い始めたのですが
どんどんミシュランの星はあがり、とうとう三ツ星に。店内は決して広いというわけでもないし
絢爛豪華ってわけではないけど、それだけ料理がすごいってことですね
最近ではおいしいのはもとい液体窒素を使用したキャンディで、外はヒヤヒヤ中はパウダーなどの不思議で甘い食感を体験できました、
しかしながら、前回来実時エンターテイメント性が強くなり、料理を楽しむというよりは技術が進化しすぎているのか正直少々ついていけなくなってしまってきた、年内もう一度トライをしてみようと思いますが、頭にドーパミンが走るようなお料理をまた食せるかしら?

2013年8月 再訪
今回は、予定より早めに到着。二階のウェイティングルームに通される。
なんとそこには!本物のフクロウがガラスごしに〜あまりに洗練された演出に感激。
料理。知人と盛り上がったせいもあり、
少々、詳細説明できずに残念なんですが、
前回、料理の味よりテクが目立ったと書いていましたが、今回は、やはり料理が素晴らしく!にもどっていました。
やはり天才っているのね
今回、わたしにとってはじめて食べたのは
お酒のケーキ、最後にでてきて食べきれなかったけど、そりゃ絶妙なハーモニーでした。すでに10回は行ったけど、ほぼ定番がないメニューだけど、どうやらお刺身は毎回出てる。毎回メニューが変わり、天才的な才能で楽しませてもらえるお料理だけど、この定番は、お塩で食べたりとほんとに素材の味を引き出したお刺身なんで毎回楽しみにしてる。

相変わらずの、手を抜かない料理に
龍と名のつく日本酒を片手に、、、おいしい!!
今回のお気に入りは、貝柱に柚子がついた味。
または、味噌だれの白子さん、最後のご飯。肉好きなわたしに、ガッチリでない
牛肉はいまいちピンとこないけど、いつも新しい料理でいつもメニューが違うことに圧巻〜
