今回はお昼に予約してお邪魔してきました。
前回同様5,500円のおまかせ。
伺ってから知ったのですが、20周年を迎えられたそうで、お店にはいただいたと思われる綺麗なお花が飾られておりました。
店内はカウンターもテーブル席も埋まっており忙しそうです。
しばらく待ってわたし達の番になり、色々説明していただきながらいただきました。
どのネタも拘りを持って握られていて、一手間かけられたお鮨は旨い!の一言に尽きます。

前回と同じネタもあったが熟成や手法などで全く違うお鮨になる。
きっと通えば毎回違う発見がありそうだが、いかんせんわたしの住む地域からは遠すぎる…。
次回はいつになるか分かりませんが、そう遠くない日にまた伺いたいと思います。
