10ヶ月前にお誘いを受けて、鹿児島「鮨匠 のむら」
さんの貸切会にやってきました〜♪
ホテルから東に700m 10分歩いて19時スタートの
10分前に店頭に到着、すぐに9名全員が揃って
自分はカウンター席の一番奥に陣取りました。
目の前にはすでにたくさんの薬味が用意され、これ
から始まるコースのワクワク感が一層つのります。
「鮨匠 のむら」さんには9年前の夏に伺ったことが
あり、"鮨も握るが、心も握る!" と感動のひととき
を食べログレビューに出しています。

いただきま〜す (^o^)/
お酒は大将におまかせで、自分はビールと日本酒を
合わせて9杯でしたが多い方は12杯、いくら飲んでも
料金はコースに含まれて変わりません。
前回12杯飲んですごく酔っ払い、天文館のホテルまで
帰りは千鳥足で友人に迷惑かけたので今回は軽めに
飲んでアテと鮨を楽しみます。
鹿児島を中心に九州の新鮮で最高の状態の魚を厳選し
"さあ飲め、飲むならのむらだ" と次々にアテが出され
お酒がススムくんです。
生の魚は正直苦手なのですが、ここの魚は全く苦に
ならず旨いね〜と友人と顔を見合わせました。
特に梅肉と山葵をちょこんとつけて食べた真鯛の
背身と腹身がコリコリかつねっとりで旨かったぁ!
鹿児島近海のネタに包まれた握りのシャリはとても
小ぶりですが一口でパクッと食べてお猪口の酒を
グイーと飲む無限ループには最適なサイズです。
口直しのガリは最後に出ただけで、代わりに提供され
たのは鹿児島の甘い醤油に漬けた "葉山葵" でした。
これが自分が作る "花山葵の醤油漬け" に比べ断トツ
に美味しくて何度もお代わりしてしまい、大将にその
作り方を伝授してもらいました。
最後に全員にお土産で "のむらオリジナル醤油" を
をいただいたので、大阪に戻ってさっそく大将直伝
レシピを真似て "花山葵の醤油漬け" を作りました。
甘い醤油に加えて出汁と少しの酢がポイントです。
あまりに美味しくできたのでしっかり瓶詰めにして
東京のお世話になっているレビュアーさんに送り
ましたが「これはたいしたもんだ、と日頃褒めない
オットと味にうるさい娘も大絶賛」とラインが返って
きて、のむら大将に感謝感謝です。
