オープン初日から1週間後に再訪。
この日は初日限定だった蝦琉~えびる~に使用された海老オイルが残っていたということで、2日間のみ販売された「天使の海老オイル×和出汁の拉麺」を頂きました。
ここの和出汁はレギュラーでは食べられないものの時々限定で食べられる絶品スープです。
それに海老オイルの風味が加わり、旨味がアップされていました。
トッピングは鶏チャーシューをメインに水菜、檸檬、それにお客さんからの差し入れで店主さんも一口惚れしたというフランスパン、これが意外に和出汁との相性が良くスープを吸わせて食べると何とも言えない美味しさです。
通常ですと〆ご飯を追加して、わさびや柚子胡椒がちょこっと添えられた白飯にスープをかけて出汁茶漬けにして頂くのですが、この日はツイートを見た人だけが注文出来るチャーシュー丼が販売されていたのでこちらを注文しました。
1杯のチャーシュー丼ですが、最初は乗っているレアチャーシューで普通にチャーシューご飯、続いて真ん中に置かれていた卵黄を崩してチャーシューTKG、されにスープをかけてお茶漬けと3度美味しく頂けました。
